This is a big problem at south sacramento.
And here is a solution for this problem. Police should control the people who live in south sacramento each family only can have one handgun. And only can used for when someone get in your house. To keep you safe.
Another solution is teach children gun safe. Gun owners in this country passed hunting and other traditions down from one generation to another. While this is still true for many parts of the country, there are also many people that do not have the advantage of a robust education on gun safety and use.
