  1. Before this chapter, I didn’t know what the difference between conduction and convection were. After this chapter, I now know that conduction is the transfer of heat energy by direct contact, whereas convection is the transfer of heat energy by flow streams called,” Convection Currents.”

  2. my coment continued] I also learned heat can transfer. I also found out that the great wall of china protected the silk road.

  3. this week in science i learned why heat moves from warmer things move to cooler things. it is because the warmer atams move around faster and heat and speed up the cooler atams. that is what i learned in sience.

  4. I learned that we use the weakest form of wave travel and that is air. That is one of the most interesting thing I have learned over these couple of weeks.

  5. I have learned that Ancient China had many rulers and that some of those rulers were cruel.Although there were some rulers that did their job well.

  6. Something I learned about Heat Energy is what happens when you touch some one who is warmer or colder than you.

  7. Science is one of my favorite subjects so i’m more interested in it. I guess the lesson was ok but we should have done some experiments though.
