    No and yes because if you finish collage you can get a good job because of your certificate, but if you don’t go or graduate from collage you can still get a good job because there are some jobs that don’t require a collage degree.

    It depends if they still have dorms after the freshmen have started and they still have room left, or you can rent an apartment and won’t have to pay as much.

    Yes, can buy used books.

    Some scholarships will let you pay back the money 6 moths after you have graduated. Some you have to pay back right a way.
